Is Templar's Might Armor Ladder Only or Not?

Here are two different websites that say different:

According to the first, it says "This Unique can only be found by B.net Realm Ladder characters, or in single player." But on second (BNet) it doesn't say "(Ladder Only)". I'm confused.

Templar's Might can be found on Ladder, Non-Ladder or SP. I have found it in SP several times. All items except Annihilus and Hellfire Torch can be acquired in SP.

The only thing that is exclusively Ladder is the Ladder-only Runewords, such as Grief, Spirit and Infinity. A forum accepted mod for enabling these Runewords in SP can be downloaded and used (Runeword Mod - or RWM for short). Look in the Single player forum stickies for more info.

Ubers/Diablo Clone are Bnet only as well (Ladder or Non-Ladder), though a mod exsits for them to spawn in SP. This mod is not forum approved though, and will exclude you from trading if you choose to use it.
