RL: Father's Day, so bought some bacon/rolls and 'Gran Turino' which is awesome.

D3: Maybe tonight...

Happy Father's Day to any and all Fathers out there!

RL: Doing a bit of desk rearranging in case I decide to go out and buy a new computer today. The current one has been upgraded as far as it will go, and it does 90% of what I want it to do, but there's some photo-related stuff that it won't quite handle, and I have to run D3 on lowest quality in a window to get an acceptable frame rate. Plus, I have planned on upgrading when D3 comes out since 2007 or 2008, and only bought the current machine because the old one died on me one too many times. (I bet there's some stuff about this in the D2 SPF from late 2008 and early 2009....) Anyway, the new one will be a bit larger, and so I'll need to make a bit more room on the desk for it, plus the desk is starting to look a bit junky, so it's time to clean it off and start again, even if I talk myself out of buying a computer today.

Anyway. It's father's day, and I won't be doing anything with mine, because he and I don't have much of a relationship. It might be getting on time to try to have some sort of friendship or understanding with him again, but today is not the day.

So I'll do a bit more house cleaning, and make a big pot of soup for lunches the next several weeks, and (see below), and otherwise take it fairly easy today, unless I buy a computer, in which case I'll be wrestling with getting everything moved over to the new machine getting the desk rearranged instead.

D3: Started BamBam the Barbarian yesterday on Europe realm so I'd have a toon on that server. He's level 9 and about to face Leoric. Over on the Americas realm, Judith the Monk is still waiting to demolish Belial, and that may happen today, but who knows. I'll wait and see what the day brings. Woo!

RL: Leaving for a cruise in 7 days... very excited. Probably do some yard work today... maybe. Other than that, no real plans.

D3: HC party is finishing up Act II. DH is parked at the end boss, WD almost there. Barb will be next up, and should get him there today.

RL: Nope.

D3: Yes. Played with TRM for a good few hours. Did all of act2 hell. Belial took 5 or 6 tries, but we did it.

OVG: Abit of Minecraft. I'm heavily into D3 these past few days, so my City is progressing slowly.

RL: Reading. Maybe soccer. On TV (of course). Maybe I'll even write a couple more things, just for the sake of it (you know, there's a language in the world in which I can actually write in...)

D3: Yesterday, it took all the strenght I had just to move barbarian to hell. He's sitting there now, waiting for 3 more to go. I'll put everyone on lvl 60, mule the levelling gear, in other to be able to safely trash everything that's not end-game gear sitting on my stash (aka "everything" on my stash, except the inferno crafting materials...).

Maybe I'll move Monk and WD to hell today... (It's a little crazy the amount of time you have on weekends if you don't drink).

@Pijus: I sort-of-hate act 2 hell Belial (not as much as I hate the entire act2 inferno). One minute you are just blowing up everything and taking some hits with DH and bang! All of sudden the game requires rl monk skills to kill a boss. I did so in 5-6 tries too, in the following manner: 3 tries -> curse words -> a couple hours of rant while playing with Mr. Barb -> a couple more tries and done.

Biggest issue there for DH on bosses is not having enough space for the usual "Run, Forrest! Run!". In other words, the whole game is killing stuff, running back an forth. On act bosses you need to run to the sides, which is kinda hard

Eh, all you have to do is stay away from the green circles. It's usually not too annoying for me, since I've played mostly with Barb and Wizard, who have very good mobility skills. Butcher was way worse for the wizard to take down.
