I wouldnt say that the 3summon/33mf amulet is junk..
Some mfing fishymancer could use it.

Saddly MF Sumancers are low on the MF list. He'd also be better off getting ride of tals helm and orb if he wants to MF on his sorc, plus a sumancer requires an Enigma to be effective, and chances are he could get something better if he can afford an enigma. Totally up to him though, best of luck.

Ive sold many different +3skill/>30mf amulets in the past. I cant see any problem selling this on a crowded server. But as D2 is atm, Im not sure its so easy to sell.
On EUSCL, if it was like last ladder, Id try to sell it for a Mal/Ist.

i had a fishymancer last season that i turned into a goldfind/mf mancer.
that ammy would have rawked.
i used wealth as my armour not enigma even though i had used enigma
to level him to 90.
