error 42003 + digital version + battlenet accont lockedder=0>

Hey guys

Tonight im with work on a netcafe for the night, so when i log into d3 i get error 42003. "due to suspecious activity my account gets locked"(first time i doesnt play from home) so i need to verify the game over my battlenet account. To do so, i need the first 6 digits of my game key... which is ONLY placed in my battlenet account, cause i bought digital version.

SOOOO when i try to log into my battlenet account i find out that it is also locked cause of the same reason as above, and i need to verify im the owner of the battlenet account by typing the 6 first digits of the game key... which is only to be found inside the battlenet account!! /panic rise

WTF am I forced to play counterstrike or hon the rest of the night? jebus
How the hell do i fix this? i clearly cant remember my mothers birth town ^^

You're going to have to call them and wait on hold for customer service. They can help you sort it out but it may take a while. I have read accounts of people waiting for half an hour or more on hold. Good luck and let us know how it turns out.

I fixed it in the morning, when i came home by finding my vanilla wow box and typed those first 6 digits from the game key. BUT! I can't see how its possible to solve if the only blizzard product you own is diablo 3, digital version. So im going to write to blizzard about this issue so they can prevent too many frustations from costumers and tech support! btw if you own a digital version then i suggest kopy the game key number to your phone and email.
