In the series Jimmy can understand and articulate what Timmy says, because it seems like babble to everyone else.
Similar to how Kenny can say really long sentences and we (the viewer) cant understand him but the characters do.
There is a huge amount of characters, i could name 10-15 mafia characters pretty comfortably, including Scott Tenerman, Barbara Striesand, Satan, Sadam Hussein, Tom Cruise, Ben Affleck, Matt Damon.So who would be a logical mafia team in SP? Is there anyone that would be likely?
The episode 200 is centered on people who hate south park trying to destroy the town, but i cant read into that too much
