Most of the people already have their own level 60 character in diablo. However, after a while you're probably sick of playing the same character over and over again. The only problem stopping you from creating a new one is, you got to start over again... slowly leveling up by doing the quests. However, I can take you through the quests fast and get your experience to boost crazily. For anyone that haven't heard of "power leveling", it is not any sort of hack or bug of the game. We basically just run through a single quest over and over again. There is a specific way to run it allowing players to gain 3 times the ordinary EXP that they are getting.

Level 1-25(We will keep doing the black soulstone quest)
Takes about 40 minutes
Level 25-40( We will do the Lord of Lies quest in nightmare mode)
Takes about 4 hours
Level 40-60(We will do the Lord of lies quest in hell mode)
Takes about 6 hours
