in your affixis tab, under dexterity this is the highest listing.
Dex 11 of Cruelty 47 +(92-101) Dexterity
i noticed it is item level 47 required, so im just assuming your still adding entrys to the database

PrimaryAttribute_Dex 16 Legendary 63 +(170-200) Dexterity
but this listing in legendary only section, is item 63, and

from my posted question. "yellow weapon has 124 str, and 348 desitery, and 167 inteligence,"
this is showing basicly 2 of the affixes stacked, so this is why im unsure how to use the item affix attachment for planning.

unles its geting the high dex from a dex/int +dex/str +dex variation

Correct!

Your item has rolled:
Dex
Str/Dex
Int/Dex
or just Str/Dex and Int/Dex

heres a screen shot of a item found in the AH
as well while im uploading images, heres one as my current skill and stat sheet.
i still have even hard time on hell in terms of farming for income.
with the new repair costs. im staying in nightmare.

StrDex XII is 45-150 STR/DEX
Dex 16 is 170-200

That gives you a 350 ceiling so that item is near max for dex!

I'm currently updating to the new patch so you'll see the updated affixes soon(ish)

Also, your charsheet is too lowres for me to make out, sorry :(
