Have you noticed signs of duping?

I was just on the GAH searching for bracers and I noticed about 12 items, all the exact same name, stats and time remaining on the auctions. Is this a sign of duping or some other trick?

They just bought a 100 of them from the vendors. 115 str 61 vit bracers are awful and nobody would bother duping them.
