I'm new at this, but let me try.. based on what I found:

- Tal rasha's guardianship: 4m
- The sword, although the str and vitality are really high, lacks other important properties such as life on hit or attack speed. 500k is my estimate

The sword is pretty decent. I agree on the 500k estimation, but there may be stat lovers out there who would be willing to buy it for more.... afterall, 148 vit is quite good on a 1-hand. I think u could try to put it up for 1 mil first and see if anyone bites. If it expires, just drop the price down. Check the AH for similar weapons though. Just put in 250 str and 140 vit into the stat value parameters and see what prices come out near your weapon dps.

Pretty decent Tal Rasha's, though I'd probably value it more around 2 mil. Big vit is ok, but people will generally buy Tal Rasha as a dps chest, so they're looking for Int or Dex.
