Three respecs is too many or way way too few I've found. I kinda wish you'd get a token from Akara instead of having it be an option in her menu, then you could give them to whichever character needed them.

+1 to that, can't get enough of respecs. Infact it's almost the only reason I run bosses these days, minus the odd chance that Mephisto might drop a stormlash though the odds are just not there of course.
