Alright, so I've got this Bowazon. I have an Artisans's Tiara of Speed.

I'm hoping this is the best tiara I can get, or at least ONE of the good ones (I know I can get a 2 OS/30% FRW/30%ED/res tiara but w/e)

Now, my gear setup is where I'm having a slight issue. I'm hoping to make her a BowavAll, but I'm not the best zon.

Here is what I'm thinking: (that isn't absurdly expensive blood gloves)
Faith Bow
Dungo's (or Nos's)
Highlord's
3OS/30% FCR Tiara
Forti
RFrost
Good Rare ring w/ res/stats (don't have yet)
trires boots w/ 30% FRW
Blood Gloves (+2 bow/stats/8%+ CB)
Anni/Torch/rest filled with frw scs


Problem here: Belt/Tiara sockets.
If I use Dungo's, I need 24% IAS to hit 7fpa. So that is 2 40%/15%'s. If I use Nos', that is a mere 1 40%/15%. Then I could use 2 Bers! Or on the other I can use 1 Ber. Or, I could just use 40%/7%FHR or something

I need help with this, please? c:


Note: Yes, I know if I get 20% IAS on gloves I can take out any need for IAS with Nos, meaning 3 Bers. And a mere 1 40%/15% so 2 Bers with Dungno's. Just throwing this out there.
