Help me PC a couple rares!

Hi all, I have been farming the past few days and come upon a couple items I just don't know what to price at, hopefully, you can give me some advice.

First is a Rare Amulet:
+9-18 Damage
+42 Dexterity
+99 Vitality
+26 Fire Resist
+267 Armor
5% Crit Chance Increase
Level 59 Item

Second is a Rare Helm: (569 armor)
+26 Dexterity
+54 Intel
+36 Vitality
+277 Armor
Reduces impairing effect by 11%
Level Req reduced by 12
One Socket
Level 47 Item
