Need a little help gearing!

Was hoping someone could school me on some equipment since I am new to the Diablo games. I have a budget of 2 million to spend and I was hoping with my posted stats and some equip slots I have posted here, someone could help me to at least get past Act2 in Inferno and onto where the good stuff is.

Now, this build when I kite, I mostly run around things and lure mobs into my spike traps while laying down NT + Hungering arrow fire. When I join groups which isn't very often I use Multishot. I just can't take any hits at all in Act2 so ST is working really well.

Now obviously I know the first thing that really sucks is my bow. What stats should I be looking for on a new bow? High dps weapons like the 1055.10 type with % dmg or IAS on it (magic) or the Rare type with better core stats? I know that if I get a nice bow its going to be leaps and bounds better for me to get out of Act2, so I need some major help on this one, and if anyone has a bow for me, I would be willing to work a deal out, if not I need some advice on how to shop for a good priced one because it seems the ones I need are like 4 million +.

My other gear, I kinda wasted money on experiemental gear to see if it helped my dps, mainly talking about my one ring and gloves because of the IAS on it, if I choose something without IAS, it just lowers my dps by a few thousand on my character sheet. I understand that IAS is getting a nerf next patch, but nobody really knows the severity of the nerf yet.

Basically can you guys give me some advice on equip slot upgrades and help me out some, because I don't use exploits to get large sums of money and abuse the game economy, I consider myself a fair player and want the best deal for all the money I earned.

On your bow, since you can't afford a 1k+ dps rare with crit damage, i would shop for a cheap 1k dps magical with + crit damage. You should be able to find them for 1-2 million on the Ah. In regards to your gloves, i have a pretty nice pair that I'm trying to sell on the AH. If it doesn't sell, i'll just give them to you.
