Us-Soft VERY high dex/all resist + loh ammy

Trying to get a handle on how much I can get for this, dropped today and the AH hasn't been very helpful as a guide:

152 Str
219 Dex
64 Vit
67 All Resists
120 Life on Hit
241 Thorns

My hunting has shown around 15mil but I honestly have no concrete value yet.

anyone? Still trying to determine this thing's value but having little luck on my own.

The life on hit is low, and thorns is a waste. We are really looking at 220dex, 65vit, 67 all res with some bonuses.
