Skill key 5 and 6

I was reading the top sticky in this forum (http://diablo.incgamers.com/forums/s...d-gear-choices) and it mentioned of a active skill key 5 and 6. I have also seen this in some other guides.

How do I activate the additional 2 more keys for my active skills?

This is simply including the two skills on the mouse buttons, plus the four on the keyboard.

Was there ever a 6 + 2 (mouse) during beta?

To my recollection, no, it was only 4+2 in the beta. I only got to I think Level 9 in the beta and had three keyboard slots, with one more waiting to be unlocked.
