I value cham=~Ber/Jah
Ber= ~2xSur
Lo: Eventhough 2xLo = 1x sur in recipe, Lo is quite a marketable and frequently used in useful runewords. So i value it as Sur= Lo
So if that is the case, i would want a Sur+ Lo for my cham. Is that ok for you.

I can see where your valuation comes from, but I don't have runes that would cut it according to what you need/want.
