Hand-Made Diablo Banner

Hey guys, I recently made this for fun after my poor HC Demon Hunter died, and I wanted to take a break. (R.I.P)



I based it off of my ingame banner, and I think it turned out really well!

The banner itself can tilt up and down and is independent of the post.

Unfortunately I have no real brushes at home and was struggling to create the amount of detail the banner had with large brushes. I ended up using a toothpick, and therefore there are some obvious discrepancies.

That is impressive. Thank you for sharing. I can see the care put into this even though you didn't have small brushes. The toothpick had to be a pain in the backside to work with though.

That piece I would be proud showing off on a bookshelf or display area. It really is a nice piece of artwork.

Thank you so much for commenting and for noticing the detail I included.

Yes, the toothpick work took around 2 hours to do and I had to constantly dip it into the paint, since it would only apply like 1mm of paint at a time.

Well, I ONLY play Hardcore ever since it came out in D2. (I went to Blizcon '09 and asked Jay Wilson about any HC developments and he told me: "It's the only way to play, right?")

Therefore I'm rather good at it, and I get attached to my characters should they die...
Since I still have 2 more packs of clay left.. I might do a little somethin'-somethin' if an unfortunate event might occur
