A screenshot is being sent to Blizzard already, but I am seeing people with 3000000 damage weapons with 10+ attack per second.... If they don't fix this real quick the economy is screwed.

This is not a hack or cheating, it is a method of modifying the code for item posts. (i.e. when you link an item in chat).

Blizzard are probably well aware of it anyway, but it isn't a major issue and won't affect what items actually drop in the game. It is just a trick to link to an item with ridiculous modifiers on it.

However, it is apparently causing the game to crash if the item is created with affixes it usually can't get (such as 4 sockets on an armor).

Don't click on them and you save yourself the risk of having your game client crash.
