Just switched IPS (problems on line, used mobile backup one).
Logged in normally, Diii asked me 4 auther, twas okay. Picked up ma phone, entered code..

BANG! Your account is locked!

Why da hellish penis of sexual activity i need auther then?!
Why ask me its code if account lock is deceided?
What is point of not letting me to unlock my account?

Are blizzard that much insane or i just need total refund of everything attached to this account?

First, please use proper words, like "the" instead of "da", and "my" instead of "ma". If English is not your first language please do your best. It makes reading much easier. Second, did you call Blizzard customer service? Call them and explain what happened and I am sure you can have it worked out.
