Hidden Critical Chance Bonuses in Skills?

Spit balling here. Completely untested. I will rectify this over the weekend, but thought I would ask as someone might know. Testing merely takes time and careful record keeping.

Does anyone think that certain skills may have a higher chance to crit than others, without showing in the tool tips?

The specific skill I am thinking about is furious charge.

Probably completely wrong, and testing will probably show it, but if someone has some numbers and can save me the time, it would be great.

***Ancillary question.

For skills like Furious Charge that hit multiple mobs, is each hit rolled for crit individually, or does it roll for crit for the lot? If it rolls for the lot, it is much easier to test. If it rolls individually, I will effectively have to only use it on single targets to test and that will slow down testing (CD rune.)

Perhaps it differs by skills but from as far as I can tell, DH's nether strike does not have any crit chance boost. Only might seem like it to some since one nether strike can rapidly strike one fat foe many times. I am gonna keep an eye on this post, let us know what you find.
