Except for the DPS which are good but not uber that is a perfect monk weapon. Gratz on a great find, be it AH or drop!

Regarding LoH, you can get a lot of it from Gems. A Star Amethyst (which takes 27 flawless squares to make, ouch) gives +300 LoH. Just worth keeping in mind.
