A new patch is ready game will reset to install, oh wait game is up to date, wtf?

So its stuck in this loop and wont play, every time i log on it says a new patch is ready and will shut down to install, it reboots and says game is up to date and gives me the play button, rinse repeat

This happens to me too every time there is a new update. What I have to do is reinstall every thing all over again... :( I tried getting the US Client, lets see if it does it again..

Samething here WTH! is going on? anyone manage to figure it out? im on Windows VIsta OS btw and i been able to play before this loop of frustration

It sucks when u gotta reinstall again.. Hopefully it gets fixed.
