I think it's just an easter egg where if you find all the pages it tells a story of some sort. Supposedly its all a reference to Lost, which I have zero interest in so the whole reference is ... lost ... on me.

I keep the new ones I find just for the sake of collection, but I don't actively go looking for them.

I had http://us.battle.net/d3/en/item/frostburn-gauntlets drop the other day. The random props are an odd mix. I believe it gives mana for witch doctor with about +20 to VIT and +20 to STR (or it might have been DEX).

Probably just going to see if I can just get about 10-20K from the AH or something. I don't really see any of my rerolls making much use of these.
