    Blizzard North Azmodan shark concept in the opening cinematic

    Anyone noticed that? I was browsing those blizz north art remains from their time at d3 a few days ago, and just now watched the opening cinematic again. Wonder why it's there anyway? And why current in game Azmodan is such a lame *** spider thingy

    Heh, looks like i should read Diablowiki a bit more Still, he's got great, really menacing design. Unlike present Azmodan :/

    I do think Rakanoth's design is quite clearly a different style from many other desings in the game, for obvious reasons. I think Rakanoth is one of the better looking monsters, despite the sharkness lol. I think Azmodan is one of the poorest designs, he is just not scary nor demonic even remotely. He looks like something out of Warcraft in other words

    I like Azmodan... mostly. The blood pools are amazing and rain of corpses could have been amazing if not for the lame, pixelish graphics.

    Rakanoth has the best design of any monster in the game.

    Rakanoth would be cooler without the shark/silent hill head. Azmodan would be cooler if he didn't look like Mojo form X-men. Having the spindly legs on this massively muscled body is just weird. It worked for Duriel because you never saw his tiny feet. Imo, they need more humanoidal bosses instead of bugs or maybe some mechanicalish bosses.
