If you combine Spirit Walk - Jaunt, Horrify - Stalker, and Hex - Angry Chicken along with the passive skills Spirit Vessel and Tribal Rites, you can have a build which can cycle the three aforementioned active skills for a near permanent movement speed increase of 15% to 50%.
Additionally, If you combine all three of the active skills, you can have combined movement speed increased of 85% - enough to run away from anything in the game. I am unsure of how quickly other classes can accelerate, but anybody who sees this build fly by them will be wondering how you move that quickly.
I am currently experimenting with a few builds which may be able to take advantage of the movement speed. It should work with any skill, since kiting is super easy no matter what choice of primary attack you choose. I would, however, recommend something long-range, since the survivability of the build depends almost entirely at not being anywhere for more than a few seconds at a time. Splinters has been working well so far.
Since Bruiser is dependent on gear to allow him to tank, you either need to get well-balanced gear with resists, or take him out of the build to swap for something like Soul Harvest or Mass Confusion for more damage/defense or a good secondary attack to burn away some of that excess Mana.

Movement Speed
Hmm, the Angry Chicken thing isn't mentioned at all in the tooltip. Can you use all of your regular abilities while you are a chicken?
As for Big Bad Voodoo, the movement speed seems problematic for kiting because you are stuck in that little box (and it has a huge CD).
How much Movement Speed are you getting from items (i.e. how significant are the boosts) and are there diminishing returns like there were in D2?
I'd think that Dire Bats would work nicely with the faster movement because they have huge range and do more damage (and seem to have an area of effect so it should be easier to hit with them). The mana shouldn't be a problem if you are casting two or three and then running away.
Angry chicken is funny.
When you go angry chicken:
* The left and right click show chicken foot prints, meaning, you run.
* The other four skill keys show an explosion, meaning you blow up, hurting any enemies in range.
This is incredibly hilarious in normal when I was helping a friend.
There's a cap on movement speed I believe, from gear I mean.
I think it's like 25%? Not sure exactly, either 20% or 25%.
Note 1:
I've stopped testing this build. With my current gear, it falls apart in inferno because you need all three skills off of cooldown to outrun inferno champion mobs, and some of the normal mobs as well. I still use the build in the earlier difficulty levels, however.
Note 2:
Big Bad Voodoo is not used for the movement speed increase in this build, it is simply used for the damage boost since splinters can be a bit weak.
Note 3:
I have no movement speed gear on me at the moment. The skill-based movement increases all stack. They are not capped. This is quite apparent when you cast all three at once.
