A few questions regarding Hurricane & Tornado

Hi,

first of all, does "Strength" affect the "Hurricane" skill used by the Druid? Also, I'd like to know if you think it's worth adding strength points if you're using Tornado aswell, instead of using them for vitality.

No and no.
Strength ( or any other stat ) does not affect elemental skills. You should only put enough to equip your gear of choice.
