I'm a broke *** level 57 Monk. Right now I am on act 2 of Hell mode and can't get the gear I need to make it through hell seeing as how I poorly spent my money on the AH and wasn't thinking ahead enough for now I only have gear to make me viable to do act 1 Hell. I am mainly asking what stats I need to be viable to get to inferno not to compete in it just to make it there would be nice. Do I need to raise resistances? Hp? DPS? Damage Mitigation?... Please help..
Why don't you post the build you're using, the character type and other info so we can help you. Then I think you'll be better served by me moving this into the appropriate character forum. You'll get better, more specific help there.
Rose: You're an alien? You sound like you're from the North.
Doctor: LOTS of planets have a North!!!
Here is my build http://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculato...igk!bVY!aaZZYa
I don't know if I linked it right let me know. I'll have to wait for Diablo 3 to go back online for me to post the rest.
It's linked right. I will move to the Monk forum. You'll avoid some negative postings that way and get more specific help.

Thank you very much kind sir!
I am only in act 1 hell, lvl 52, but might I recommend taking Mantra of healing or mantra of evasion instead of conviction. The mitigation or healing will go a long way I have found out. Also, I would ditch exalted soul and beacon of ytar for seize the initiative and resolve.
Are you DW or 1h/shield?
For hell, you don't neccesarily need all that good gear. Just buy yourself whatever best weapons you can get for 10-20K (if they would be a 50+ dps increase over your current ones). If you really feel the need get some + res all gear, those are your best defensive option.
Your build looks fine (I'd keep conviction), but I'd suggest some other passives, especially resolve, and then either seize the initiative, guardian's path (if you dual wield) or one with everything (if you have high single resist). You can drop Exalted soul for sure, and I'd say transcendence too - your build isn't using that much spirit for it to be effective, and this is the point at which it just becomes a crappy passive anyways.
I'm also not much of a fan of WoTHF anymore, but that's mostly because I like things to die quickly and the KB ruins that. But it's good for defense (so long as you don't get surrounded), so keep it if you're dying too much.
Exalted Soul and Beacon of Ytar need to go imo, because they are not very efficient passives at all, as both tie directly (as far as survivability is concerned) with attack speed (and therefore, Spirit generation).
Passives in this game are great because they grant classes very unique bonuses that otherwise is hard to maintain/achieve. So, you could easily swap both of those out if you got a spammable skill coupled with Transcendence (for example, Mantra of Healing/ Boon of Protection or Sustenance?) and get a few cheaper/low end attack speed gear.
Freeing up those passive slots will allow a monk to really shine in his unique passives, such as One With Everything, Seize the Initiative, Resolve, or any of the more popular monk passives (they're popular for a reason!)

Alright heres some of my stats
DPS-6522.98
Armor-4345-60% damage reduction
Dex-1150
Vit-717
Right now I am using a slow heavy hitting 2-hander with great stats.
Try FoT/Thunderclap or CW/Breaking Wave instead of WotHF and switch Mantra to Dodge Divine Protection or Hard Target.
