Does anyone know if the Inspiring Presence passive stacks with multiple shouts? For ex if I have both War Cry and Battle Rage up do you regen life at 2% per sec? 3% if you also use threatening shout?

Also does Pound of Flesh stack with the Swords to Ploughshares rune on Battle Rage (giving a 30% chance?)

From what I've seen, Inspiring Presence only refreshes, it doesn't stack. Purely speculating, I'd guess the Pound of Flesh and StP chances do stack, simply because it's a chance, not a certain-to-happen effect.
