    Making Private Games

How do we make private games? I haven't noticed options like we had in D2 eg game names/passwords.
Is it just a matter of creating one and your friends join the game that you've already started? If so, how would you prevent it from being public? Likely I missed seeing some option to do so.

I have not found a way to make a truely private game either. All games are partially private to start with, as in the public can not see them. You have to make the game public after you create it. However anyone on your friends list can see you and party up with you and therefore join your game.

This is what I have found so far. If there is a way to totally lock down your game I have not found it yet. You are right is not D2 and you do not name your games or set passwords.

So far of my understanding of the game :

Any friend of yours, i.e. a friend in your friend list, can see and enter your game.
I don't se any mean to prevent this unless you remove that friend from you friend list.

So far everyone was correct in saying that games are private by default unless you make them public, except for friends. But you can turn that off in options.

There is an option in the social panel "Allow quick-join" (options --> social --> bottom right). It is turned on by default, which means friends can join your game at any time. If you turn that option off, your game will be completely private.

When people tell me "plz" just because it's shorter than 'please', I feel perfectly justified to answer 'No' because it's shorter than 'Yes'.
