My assassin is level 12 and i have points in claw mastery, tiger strike, and dragon claw so far. I have an ok shield but I found out I can equip claws in both slots so I did that to try and increase my damage. Problem is that she seems to only attack with one claw at a time(alternating) and that it doesn't apply to my charge ability(which ends up being better). Because charge is so important I don't understand dual claws that only seem to work in normal attack mode and only alternate(not both at once). What is the advantage? Should I just stick to one claw and a shield?
Isn't it dragon claw that attacks with both claws at the same time? I know there's one skill that does it.

Yes, Dragon Claw is a one-two move much like the Barbarian's Double Swing that attacks with both claws. It is a finishing move, and will release any charges that have been built up. Good luck!

Oh and you can block with dual claws.
