If my ally leaves without picking up items, where do his items go?

    Hey guys,

Just a quick question I'm curious about, say you and your ally (two player co-op) kill an elite and he gets a few rares but you only see blues, if he leaves the game before picking up his rares where do they go? Do they go with him and if so will they be there for him if he returns? Or are they given to the remaining player in the game?

    Thanks! .

If your ally leaves the game before picking up his/her/it's items they'll be lost. You won't get'em.

Actually (and this is only an uneducated, semi-sober guess) an invisible treasure goblin will come and pick them up. He will then sell them on a dedicated treasure goblin auction house (only accessable from China Greed's Domain) for Blizzard Treasure Goblin Bucks where other treasure goblins will buy them to fill their sacks, so that when you pinata them in another game you will get your shiny new loot. But, as I said, this is only a guess.

What do you mean, "uneducated"? Sounds pretty spot on.

When people tell me "plz" just because it's shorter than 'please', I feel perfectly justified to answer 'No' because it's shorter than 'Yes'.
And the Lord said unto Carl: 'Come forth and receive eternal life'. But Carl came fifth and won a toaster.
