In average how much Dex = 1 IAS? Has anyone calculated this?

when you say IAS, do you mean 1% increased atk speed, or say 1 attack per second?

1% attack speed increase should be equal to about a little less than 10 dexterity, holding all else equal.

I don't think that's true. Dex multiplies your base damage, IAS multiplies your damage after Dex.
The more Dex you have the better IAS is. Just remember that it's addative.

Depends on your other stats. I got a new ring with a little more dex but an additional 15%ias than my old one, it raised my damage by 3k without ss. I'd think that the higher your weapon damage is, the higher dps gains ias would give.
