Changing follower skills

Is it possible to change followers skills ?

Yep. Make sure they're hired (following you), then right click on their portrait in the top left of the screen. The option to reset their skills comes up in that list.

I was trying to click on the skills themselves...to no effect !

you can also just press F

To bring up the menu you need to right click, there isnt a button on the followers inventory screen to retrain.
