More attack speed > faster skill casting, so it does, in a way, and aren't sets made so that you don't need to wear them in full? Most bonuses work at 4/5 if I remember corectly, so you dont need the low dps weapon ( the weapons are usualy what sux the most on Legendaries/Sets, the gear isnt that bad ).
When you dual-wield, you alternate your weapon fires, so half the time you WILL be firing with the nats bow. In all honesty i think dual-wielding is crap. Most of the 1handed crossbows can't compete with a good quiver. Inferno quivers also give 15% attack speed, so there goes your dual-wielding bonus. I've yet to find a crossbow that i want to exchange my quiver out for -- its too good. They need to bump the dual-wielding attack speed bonus up to 20% and keep the max quiver attack speed bonus at 15% to make dual-wielding competitive.
I take it because of the additional discipline which can give you 20 in total just from weapons (But I don't think I will take discipline on my mainhand). Together with the passive it gives me much more mobility, which is exactly my problem right now with 2 hand weapons.
It's black with long curved horns. I'm sure you can find an image with google image or something. It definitely looks unique -- people will know what you have instantly.
