[Bug] searching by lvl

If you want to find all items for characters between the lvls of 12-15, you have to enter a search for 12-16, which will not return anything from lvl 16

A more extreme example is a search for items for lvl 60-60 http://diablonut.incgamers.com/items...&g=2&sB=2&sD=1 returns nothing. you have to ask for lvl 60-61

I believe this is true for both character lvl and item lvl.

I tried searching for legendary/set items with "Movement speed" on them but it doesn't appear to work. Setting "Movement speed" to >= 0 returns all sorts of items that don't have movement speed on them, setting it to >= 6 (as in, 6%) returns no results, and setting it to 0.06 (maybe 1 is 100%?) returns no results. So hopefully your search changes fix things like this

Also...what's the point of searching for a "Rare"? they all have completely random stats on them o.O
