You must not have any characters, on all 3 servers, you need a clean server.

Untwinked, hardcore, as many attempts as you like.

Very simple, whoever gets the furthest (not highest level) by August 1st, wins

Right now I have 1, with no items and an empty stash. I hope that qualifies.

You have no characters, nor no stash or artisan progression if you log in to one of your non-default servers.

Let's see if you get any more interest than Grisu did with his untwinked HC tournament that was posted no more than five days ago. Putting an end date on it may be a good step in the right direction to gain favor... but again, the last thing I'd want to do is have to start over when there's still plenty of the game left to see.

TRM is right too! Anyone can participate if they're willing to start from scratch on a new server. Just treat it like a D2 tourney

Keep in mind that HC and SC are separate. So if you've only played SC you can start a HC character completely untwinked.

I only just figured that out myself kestegs. Makes playing HC untwinked pretty easy

No mention of single pass though. Re-running areas is allowed? Seems like a good idea, especially with the big difficulty gap between NM and Hell, then Hell and Inferno. Even parts of NM can be hard for a HC character.
