    Stun + knockback + freeze = delicious.

    Not to mention having a frost nova possibly waiting for them too.

    I like that it's based on weapon damage, but I think that there should be a distinction between physical damage and magic damage (WD and Wiz on Magic damage, and Barb, DH and Monk use physical damage). Each weapon would have a value for both physical + magic damage. The DPS displayed would be based on what character is viewing the item. This would make it so that certain weapons would be suited for certain classes based on their highest damage type. They could also make some be viable for both.

    This way, skills can scale based on weapon damage, and you won't see many wizards going around with a giant sledge hammer.
