If they could, they would. A petition won't change anything. So far I've had problems on launch day, which were to be expected, and today with unexpected maintenance. It happens. The only thing I can gripe about for a bit is the fact that there is no offline Single Player option to occupy yourself with when the servers are down, but I'm over it.

If you were very hung up on playing today (I can understand since it's a Sunday) the Americas servers were up and running.

That's like a petition asking for fewer bugs. They don't put bugs in on purpose, and they don't have server downtime on purpose either. Which means they can't just fix it on request.

You might as well post a petition asking for "more competence please"

Now, asking them to add an offline mode is in the realm of reality, but I think they are pretty clear that a lot of people want that They've had constant criticism both from the players and the press since online-only was first revealed.

BTW, people are aware that if your region's server is down you can play on a different region, right?
