Where to find monsters' levels?

I asked this in an other thread but nobody seems to either know or notice.

Theres no way to find them out exactly ingame, but they do progress like the quest level bounds. Join a pub game and you can find out the monster level range in that quest.

Also iirc Inferno is lvl61 for A1, lvl62 for A2+3 and lvl63 for A4 (A3 might be 63 instead of 62 i forget).

OK interesting, but if this does not aplyto inferno, what makes you think it aplis to others?
However I agree this should roughly be true.
