    Rakanoth in Hell

Been duoing since LV 30 with another Barb ironically. We've done pretty well with an offsetting set of stunlocking and defensive abilities. Rolled Belial, Azmodan, and several non-h4x Champ affixes. That said, we hit a wall with Rakanoth. His teleport + dual-sword slash verges on a straight-up oneshot. We're both LV 55-56 right now with 25-30k HP and 3.5-4.0k DPS. Would love any tips for those that have done it. I might try solo to see if it's easier.

I didn't think he was too bad solo, although it did take me a few tries. I used Leap with the defense buff rune, Ignore Pain, with Revenge and Overpower for healing. Leap to get close and buff your defense, keep an eye for when it runs out, take a few hits and pop IP, and use Revenge and Overpower when need until you can leap again. And WotB whenever you need to save your butt. The key was just timing the skills so I wasn't stuck with low defense and no healing waiting for things to cool down.
