HC Barbs!.. How are you guys doing?

Jut a quick question. Hwhat about damage reflect affix? I got it many times, although I never ever felt that I actually damaged myself by damaging the mobs. How is that works exactly? Cuz in D2 that was our most terrible nightmare, but now it seems it's doing nothing. On the other hand I'vebeen told that there were some dudes who instantly killed himself on a reflect mob with a DH. Maybe I'm just uber lucky but I really want to know how this works.

I ignore it as well. But apparently it does 20% damage in thorns. Likely it's reduced by armor/resists, so it's minimal. Thank god for Arcane/Vortex/Jailer, otherwise this game would be way too easy /sarcasm.

Kungen is.. well... farming Inferno Act I. I totally surprised by the fact but he seems to go pretty smoothly. His base stats as I remember:

vit: 1200
dps : around 10k
armor: 9k

all resists are 500+ (600+ on physical)

that's what I could see for a moment

By now my barb is 2 blocks away from lvl 60 and I progressed with 2 of my friends up until Act IV hell mode. Few close calls on the way, but thats what keeps it interesting. Due to our poor gear, since we kinda progressed through without getting lvl 60 @ act I or something, we'll probably be a week or 2 away from inferno. If we dont end up dead before.

Best moment was in Act II, where some jailing/frozen/something else pack + a lot of mobs got us this close to death that all three of us said: '' Im dead ''. But we all managed to survive with our screens blinking in red with less then 10% HP. Somehow

Haven't started A4 at all, going to give it a go and if I have any close encounters maybe farm A3 a bit and see if I can find any upgrades. It's kind of a ***** to upgrade anything other than weapons because the AH is just empty, everything on it is an extremely minor upgrade for an extremely high price.

I've kind of been progressing slow because I have one of every class and play them all with different friends at different times, barb is my solo char.

Something I don't think a lot of people know about is -level requirements on weapons. You can get some ridiculously good weapons if you poke around the AH looking for those.

Stats aren't so hot but 250 dps on a level 47 weapon is crazy and -level req mod starts showing up around level 24 or so I think.

A bit off and on game time this weekend. The lack of DPS is holding me back, but I can't seem to find any decent upgrades on the AH. The main problem might be me restricting my babe to spears: anything decent is ridiculously priced and anything significantly higher in dps lacks mods. They need to make Spears craftable :(

Currently lvl 42 getting to the Oasis in A2 NM: 11.5k life, 3k armor, 300 something DPS. And died gear rawks

Edit: Lol, finally found an upgrade. 50k about doubled my dps, around 580 now. Tomorrow is blitzkrieg time.
