How hard is he. I saw some posts complaining him being absolutely overpower. As a meele character we don't have much choice but stand and fight. So what about his poison cloud and stuff?

The encounter is broken, room full of poison in 30 secs. Gotta solo him as barb and leave all wd/wizz/dh friends out ^^, since you are in the poison all the fight. Need life on hit

Well, now into Act 1 Hell.
Quite a jump in damage from the monsters, certainly everything seems a bit riskier now but it's still going OK. Should hit level 53 fairly soon as well.

My lvl 60 barb has died.

Slain by an Arcane Sentry from Molten/Waller/Arcane Enchanted Scavengers (don't recall 4th mod) in The Weeping Hollow, Act 1 Inferno. Rushed them with zero fear as I had been steamrolling Act 1 Inferno for a few days. Took big damage, got walled in, and was killed before I could really get a handle on the situation.

Here's an image I made showing his gear. I used the AH history to determine that I had spent 18.3 million gold on everything.

I'm not sure why the screenshot is showing 4k Armor, as I definitely had ~9.5k (with Warcry and Enchantress, but that shouldn't be such a drastic difference). I had ~43k life, 11k damage (~14k with Berserker Rage), and ~750 resist all (Physical was closer to 850).

Backup barb is level 31. Time to grind!

Siegebreaker, Cydaea and Azmodan inferno today! Act4 will probably wait a bit.. i'm so scared of the first miniboss

Oh mate that just bad:/ I didn't really put together your stats, but 43k HP, 750 allres! and 9,5k armor accompying with 11k dps should have been more then enough for any of act I encounters. I have also reached the point where I don't really care about the affixes if I find a champ pack. Just go in, and it'll work out. Sorry for your loss. Although I had one close call not so long ago, everything is more than fine so far. I hope I won't be in the same situation.

How far will this gear take me? I'm right in front of Magdah. Heard that her butterflies hurt like hell. The maulers hit me for around 10-12k dmg. I really don't know how good I'm geared since I have no Act II experience pre-patch, nor really post-patch (I just farmed up till the goblin and that's all). Today I played with 2 other guys and we struggled a lot. Downed 2 champ packs, got red screen once (**** i was scared), but basically we spent 10 minutes/pack. They don't really has as good gear as I do, but not being targeted by every one of the pack members helped a lot definately so I don't know how should I rate our co-op experiences and how should I compare that to my solo play. Any critics are welcome.

Well, my babe is getting there again.

Currently lvl 52 and just killed the Skeleton King on Hell. Built is about the same as my last one, I tried going without Revenge, but it makes the fights so much faster and more in your face, that I put it back in. Only real difference is that I went for Superstition this time instead of Ruthless and that works out really well.

Been doing a bit better on the finds and got some cheaper stuff from the auction house.
stats: 42K hp, 2k dps, 5k armor.
