How do you assign skills of the same type/category to different slots?

Hi everyone,

So I just found out that people can use more than 1 Force skill or more than 1 Defensive skill at a time while reading other people's builds. I tried going into the game to get this to work, but could not figure it out, even though it's probably something really obvious. How do you change your skills so that you have repeats from one category and none from others? What buttons in the interface do you have to press?

Go to gameplay options and put on Elective Mode

See, so much for making it EASIER for people to play! Elective mode should be enabled by default. They can still offer the skill progression so people will try out all the damn categories

Was looking for the answer to this question myself. Played through entire normal difficulty with the default skill setting. Didn't really bother to change it though, was forced to reconsider my tactics now that I am at nightmare. Lots of +Exp gear makes for low survivability xD
