Hah really? Or is it because I've been posting on these forums like a mad man the past couple of days hehe. Anyways, I checked my char and I cannot use the boots after all. I'm using a nice pair of rare boots at the moment. So hard to remember all the equipment you're wearing if it's all magic and rares =)
