Died at level 55 on my DH. Those snakes in act 2 hell went invisible and trapped me against a wall in the sewers.

Dying while wearing MF gear by mistake. Reset was just a joke way of saying it.

My 3rd DH (now on my 6th hehe) tried to caltrop:JS the big D, he was having none of it and ended badly for me!

first death monk lvl 56 in hell act 1 halls of agony level 2.
arcane fast horde those mobs that knock you down onto the ground + the mechanical world axe barrier that also knocks you down. the only time i wasn't on the ground was while i had serenity up, but that wasn't long enough to escape.

if you see those big boulder guys near those slam down barrier, learn from my fail and kite them away from the barriers first.
very satisfied with my first death, got to high level and didnt die to lag. game has been totally refreshed for me now and my new target is to get to inferno. thorough enjoyment. happy out.
