Remember when the servers came up for WoW? You think a review slamming WoW because of server/login issues would even be remotely relevant for someone today?
You need to give them more time to get the technical issues resolved. If by the weekend you're not cooking on gas then I would have it reflected in the score and do the best you can with the time you manage to stay on.
If the issues are resolved I wouldn't mark the game down for it as it's of no use to anyone then if your score is based on your experience prior to that. The reader wants to determine if they should buy it at that time. You should make mention of it though. But, as I say, if the servers are sorted out by then focus on the game play and the battle.net features.

New to Diablo 3? Read this great primer.
No, it isn't a ridiculous answer. Multi-billion dollar companies -- Apple -- have server infrastructures that can't keep up with demand when a new iPhone or iOS is released. It's not because they are incompetent.
Yeah, it's frustrating not to be able to play, especially since the game is online only, but I think Bliz has done a reasonably good job so far. If server instability continues, that will be different.
As far as reviewing the game, review the game and mention the server issues. The server issues shouldn't be ignored but if they are sorted out relatively quickly, their relevance will be almost nil to the buying decisions of people who read the review.
