You should wipe the floor with him at that level, I tried him at 22 with a Wizard...yikes, but I made it.

Currently I am a 32 wizard in A1 NM, Diablo was gut wrenching but so fun. I have ran into one champion pack in NM, some of those bat things with jailer and frozen.... just about didnt make it with 4 defensive abilities... I am scared... "even at home, gamers still feel fear.."

Yep, that was actually pretty easy. Got almost down to half health once, used one pot.

My DH level 24 just made it to Act 3. Should I level a little more in Act 2 before moving on? My first DH somehow died on the very first mob in Act 2 (a wasp), so I'm a little weary.

Suggestion for fellow HC players both in Normal and Nightmare: do runs on the first quests on the Battlements in Act 3. You get a level per run almost, good drops and it's relatively fast. Got two legendary drops on two consecutive runs.

Plus it is just so frikkin' cool!! My jaw was dropping first time I was playing through that!! Absolutely astounding game.

Its really not about the levels but about the HP/dmg red you have. But I'd recommend farming a bit more.

Bastion's Keep stuff is the most fun, visually exciting part of the whole game for me. The problem is I lagged BADLY in softcore for most of it. It seems to be confined to a problem with my MAC, and only in very certain areas of the game. I had it in the beta on MAC at the starting area around blacksmith and shared stash and I get it same place in retail version.

I haven't tried my pc laptop since retail at the Bastion's Keep area, and sure not in Hardcore yet. I'd die for sure if it acts that way anywhere, but I do appreciate the advice to farm that area. It would be a fun place to do it.!

Was just about to finish Act 3 NM. I'm a WD and my buddy was a wizard, both level 47 and he sat too long in a mortar boss and died. Now I'm going to have to power level him up again... lame!

Just finished my first play of normal mode, no deaths so far. Around level 34 with the barb. Such an amazing game. Battletag is killjoy#1533 if anyone wants to add me. Currently in a1 nm.
