Diablo III RIP: Our Fallen Friends
Death Certificate
Character level: 60
Character class: DH
Game difficulty: Inferno
Act: A1
Cause of demise: Game froze then DiabloIII.exe process crashed dumping me back to Windows and to add insult to injury I had to do a recovery on my authenticator when trying to log back in.
Wouldn't care if I died due to biting off more than i can chew but this is the 2nd time I've lost a DH to game crashing. Through some miracle I was wearing my GF gear and not my Nat's set but **** THIS ****.

Cause of demise: I was doing my normal NV5 runs in act 1 which ends with butcher. Super easy really. Butcher was almost dead when my router decided to reboot. Character dead. Ive kept it in my profile so i can cry over lost items and compare it to the new barb im re-rolling.

Diablo III RIP: Our Fallen Friends
Death Certificate
Character name: Zora
Character level: 57
Character class: Demon Hunter
Character build: Skill calc
Game difficulty: Hell
Act: A2/Dahlgur Oasis
Death type: PvM - champ viper pack (not really dangerous, reflect dmg/electrified/something)
Cause of demise: She was doing just fine in act 2, 3k armor, over 40k health and good selection of defensive abilities had kept her safe againts everything. 5k buffed dps brought mobs down quickly enough. I had just gotten Zoltun's head and decided to clear rest of the Oasis. I ran into 3 champ vipers and started fighting. Halfway though the battle the game stopped responding. I instantly drank potion and smashed buttons for vault/SS/preparation and tried to run as far as I could. After the 10(?) longest seconds of my life I got disconnetion popup with deeds screen at the background. What a pity, I'm sure I could've done the rest of A2 with her (except Belial I think).

Diablo III RIP: Our Fallen Friends
Death Certificate
Character name: Dysnomia
Character level: 29
Character class: Wizard
Character build: Custom
Game difficulty: Normal
Act: A4/Subjugator
Death type: Ran into a Champion with jailing. I decided to put off regearing for Act 4, as I wiped the floor with everything I came into contact with in Act 3 without even getting down to half life, so I thought I was doing pretty well-- BIG mistake. Got swarmed by Subjugators and didn't put the champion down quickly enough. I freaked out and popped a potion prematurely and the rest is history.
So senseless.... so, so, senseless.
I thought I'd at least make it through Normal on my first HC run. Very frustrating. But I got sloppy and decided that I could tank my way through all of Normal. (And I would've gotten away with it, too, if I had just taken my 40k of gold and regeared with level 29 stuff. But I just HAD to try and push it to level 30)
Ah, well... here comes Dysnomia II, I suppose.
Character Name: JaneGray
Level: 22
Character Class: Demon Hunter
Character build: Pistol Bow and Quiver
Game Difficulty: Normal
Act: 2/ Gavin Event
Death Type: Disconnect
Cause of demise: Had just picked up that annoying blabbermouth Shen and stepped into the room where Gavin was standing. "The crucible is mine!" he shouted. Whereupon battle.net awarded me a 12 second lag spike followed by a disconnect.
Character name: CuddleMuffin
Character level: 60(3)
Character class: Witch Doctor
Character build: Summoner
Game difficulty: Inferno
Act: Act 2, Sewers
Death type: PvM
Got a pair of rare packs on top of each other.
1st pack: Hungerers (fast guys that explode into green stuff): Horde, Molten, Mortar, Jailer
2nd pack: Noxious Constructs: Knockback, Fast, Waller, Teleporter.
The high damage output from the molten horde, plus the double-cc from jailer and waller got me. Not being able to spirit walk past walls sucks.
As soon as I saw them I knew I was in trouble. I didn't even try to fight the pack, I was just booking it for the exit, but wallers in sewers...
Farewell, CuddleMuffin.
Character name: Ish
Character level: 60(19)
Character class: Wizard
Character build: CM
Game difficulty: Inferno
Act: A1/4, Whimsyshire
Death type: PvM
Since i cleared inferno onc hc and i was bored what to do next i came up with this stupid idea to get rid of shield get tornados and start rolling in whimsyshire on inferno. Needles to say it ended up badly since not only it was late and i didn;t pay attention but i also got caught in 1 frozen and it was game over :d It was last pack there. Probably that's why i lost focus. Kinda feel sorry for loosing awesome gear worth like 100 million gold but oh well - time to gear up my monk, it's already decent and i was kinda tired of wiz already![]()

Game difficulty: Inferno
Act: A2
Death type: PvM
Ran into a pack of Frozen/Waller/Vortex/Firechain Lacunis right after the entrance to act two. I started running away from them, when a pack of regular lacuni joined in. I kept running away, successfully to my surprise, until I got back to the very start and they had stopped pursuing me. I went back out and killed the regular lacuni before going on to try and kill that champion pack, which was now in the rocky canyon area. The whole waller thing proved to be extra effective in that narrow canyon area though.... and slowly but surely I went down.
