Cause of demise: Izual. I had 21K life. I get frozen, mash a potion and get deeds screen. Very anticlimatic. Interesting to note that you can't avoid getting hit like in D2 but instead have to stack life/defense so you can take hits. Thought 21k was enough and I got cocky. Lesson learned.

I retreaded and tried to deal some damage now and then.... until I got a little more panicked and in my total concentration of survival chose the wrong way and got cornered with all skills and potion @ cooldown and getting so much damage revenge was useless.

Cause of demise: I was fighting a champion pack of those Hulking beasts. Affixes: Waller, Extra Health, Reflect Dmage and Frozen. It wasn't a bad pack and I was doing fairly well. Until I got walled and swarmed in a tight corridor that is. Was sort of my own fault since I knew I should have pulled them in a more open space. Oh well. I went down fighting so it was a pretty good death. I guess my lvl 55 spare Doctor will come in handy right about now.

Cause of demise: Was MPing, lost sight of my colleague and thought he had gone through the Garden of Hope 2nd Tier portal. I followed through the portal and couldn't find my friend but figured "whatever" so I took a few steps to the right and found a rare pack of Electified Armaddon monsters which promptly surrounded me. I tried to knock them back a few times, but it did not work & I was low in spirit so eventually ended up trapped and whittled to death. This should not have happened, I was careless in a few ways. :(
