Asked support if its a bug and got answer so its a feature:
You can share your account with two more people who will play each on different realm. They will not have access to rmah and u wont play together but other than that its Diii.
As long as you three dont want to play together or share loot or commmunicate somehow its truely okay.
I have unlocked mah wife from cellar and figured so she is not interested in rmah nor party so its perfect for her to just solo Diii on americas while i plays on europe (yet i do not as servers went down)
They way I believe it to be is that you can run DIII on multiple computers, and it is fine, much the same as WoW in that you could log onto anyones computer. You will not be able to play at the same time using the same account though. If she would like to use the account while you are using it, then it is not possible and against the ToS I believe. You could set it up so that each computer logs into a different region, but I'm not sure if it will sync those options up when you start the client. I'm pretty sure your going to have to purchase another copy and setup a new account once she wants to start playing together.
That's not a motto, that's... that's just you saying a bunch of things.
I repeat: it is possible and legal. I figured the possibility just as globalplay was enabled and reported this to support as a bug. In two hours i got answer so its not a bug but a feature.
I am playing on europe right now and my wife playing on americas right now with same account.
